TIRANA, June 22/ATA/In context of implementation of the special law on wealth measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, the Operation Force of Law (OFL) sent written requests for self-declaration of wealth resources to 3 citizens involved in criminal activities.
The requests for self-declaration of wealth resources were sent to G. C., resident in Berat, convicted by the Court of Appeals of Turin, Italy, for the criminal offense “Trafficking in narcotics”;
A. C., resident in Berat, convicted by the Court of Milan, Italy, for the criminal offenses “Production and sale of narcotics, committed in collaboration” and “Illegal possession of weapons”;
E. A., resident in Poliçan, convicted by the Court of the Tirana Judicial District, for the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”.
“These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action,” OFL said.
OFL is carrying out complex actions to impose emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as to send self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law. //a.i/
