TIRANA, June 19/ATA/ In context of implementation of the special law on wealth measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, the Operation Force of Law (OFL) sent written requests for self-declaration of wealth resources to 3 citizens involved in criminal activities.
The requests for self-declaration of wealth resources were sent to K.D., resident in Saranda, convicted by the Court of First Instance for Serious Crimes, for the criminal offense “Attempted theft, within the structured criminal group”,
M.D., resident in Vlora, who has family ties with the subject K.D., as a result is subject to Article 16 of Normative Act No. 1, dated 31.01.2020, as well as Z. Gj., resident in Elbasan, convicted by the Court of First Instance for Serious Crimes, for the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics, committed in collaboration.”
“These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action,” OFL said.
OFL is carrying out complex actions to impose emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as to send self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law. //a.i/
