TIRANA, June 16/ATA/- The Independent Qualification Commission (IQC) held today a hearing session with Blerim Tominaj, prosecutor in the Prosecution Office of Serious Crimes.
Prosecutor Tominaj underwent vetting for the three criteria of this re-evaluation process, the legitimate wealth, the ethical and professional criteria.
The Jury of the Independent Qualification Commission composed of Genta Tafa (Bungo), Etleda Çiftja, Suela Zhegu, after analyzing the evidence and facts, decided to dismiss prosecutor Tominaj for not justifying his wealth.
Blerim Tominaj began his career in the justice system in 1993 and worked for more than a decade as a prosecutor in the Tirana Prosecutor’s Office.
In 2014, he was appointed Deputy Director of the former Prosecution Office of Serious Crimes and was currently commanded as a prosecutor in Tirana Prosecutor’s Office. /a.g/p.s./
