TIRANA, June 13/ATA/- The State Police reported that by order of the Prosecution Office of Durrës, it executed the decision of the Court of First Instance of Durrës for imposing the measure of property “preventive seizure”. And in cooperation with the National Inspectorate of Territorial Protection, the works were suspended in the 9-storey building + attic + 1 floor underground, with administrator citizen JA, resident in Durrës, in the area of Shkëmbi i Kavajës.
Following the actions carried out by the specialists for the investigation of Economic and Financial Crime, for the criminal offense “abuse of duty”, against the citizen HG, former mayor of Rrashbull, Durrës, after the information available to the Police, the actions have intensified further for the verification of construction permits issued for every building”, said the State Police.
According to the Police, the building value amounts to 1.5 million Euros, according to the market price.
