TIRANA, June 12/ATA/ In the framework of implementation of the Special Law on Measures on Wealth against Individuals Convicted or Accused of Organized Crime or Serious Crimes, the Operation Force of Law has initiated written requests for self-declaration of sources of wealth to 4 citizens involved in criminal activities in Durrës and Shkodra.
The requests were sent to ; E.B., a resident in Shkodra, after Supreme Court of Podgorica, Montenegro, has imposed the personal security measure “Prison arrest”, for the criminal offenses “Creation of a criminal organization”, “Attempted murder” and “Illegal possession of weapons and explosives”, provided by the Criminal Code of Montenegro;
D.B., resident in Shkodra, under investigation for the criminal offenses ” Coercion through threats or violence to obtain property, committed in collaboration, within a structured criminal group” and “Committing criminal offenses by a criminal organization or a structured criminal group”;
S. Gj., resident in Durrës, convicted by the Court of Serious Crimes in Tirana, for the criminal offense “Trafficking in narcotics, committed in collaboration”;
A. H., resident in Durrës, convicted by the Court for Serious Crimes in Tirana, for the criminal offense “Trafficking in narcotics, committed in collaboration”.
These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action. //a.i/
