TIRANA, June 10 /ATA/ Vice President of the Constructors’ Association, Arjan Leskaj, said on Wednesday that he is in favor of fiscal amnesty, if it is done in accordance with some strict rules.
In a televised interview, he said that this fiscal amnesty will release some capital.
“We are generally in favor of fiscal amnesty, because we think it will release some capital but it should be done in accordance with strict rules. Switzerland has done it several times, the recent move was in 2010, “he said.
Leskaj said that “while more developed countries than us have done it in certain periods of time, there is no
reason to be afraid of these moves.”
