TIRANA, June 4/ATA/In the framework of implementation of the Special Law on Measures on Wealth against Individuals Convicted or Accused of Organized Crime or Serious Crimes, the Operation Force of Law has initiated written requests for self-declaration of sources of wealth to 5 citizens in Gjirokstra involved in criminal activities.
The requests were sent to K. S., resident in Gjirokastra, convicted of the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”;
G. S., resident in Gjirokastra, convicted of the criminal offense of “kidnapping or holding a person hostage”, committed in collaboration;
A. K., resident in Gjirokastra, convicted of the criminal offense “Armed robbery” “, committed in collaboration;
E. Ll., resident in Gjirokastra, convicted of the criminal offenses “Murder committed with qualifying circumstances of two or more persons” and “Illegal possession of a weapon”;
E. C., resident in Përmet, convicted of the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics.”
These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action.
OFL is in uninterrupted action and is carrying out complex actions to impose emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as to send self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law. //a.i/
