TIRANA, June 3/ATA/- In the framework of implementation of the Special Law on Wealth Measures against Individuals Convicted or Accused of Organized Crime or Serious Crimes, the Operation Force of Law (OFL) has sent written requests for self-declaration of wealth sources to 4 citizens previously convicted for various criminal offenses.
Specifically, the request for self-declaration of wealth sources was sent to YM citizens, resident in Tirana, convicted of the criminal offense “Armed robbery, committed in collaboration”, SK, resident in Kavaja, convicted of criminal offenses “Premeditated murder , committed in cooperation ”and“ Illegal possession of weapons ”, BH, resident in Tirana, convicted for the criminal offense“ Production and sale of narcotics ”, ET, resident in Tirana, convicted for the criminal offense “Robbery”, states in the OFL press release
According to OFL, these individuals, as subjects to the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and thereafter, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action.
OFL is in uninterrupted action and in carrying out complex actions to impose emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as to send self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law./K.S/ /a.g/p.s./
