TIRANA, May 22/ATA/-In the framework of implementation of the Special Law on Measures on Wealth against Individuals Convicted or Accused of Organized Crime or Serious Crimes, the Operation Force of Law has initiated written requests for self-declaration of sources of wealth to 4 citizens.
The requests were sent to A. R., a resident in Korça, convicted by the Thessaloniki Court of Appeals for the criminal offense “Trafficking of narcotics”; F. A., resident of Korça, convicted of the criminal offenses of “Murder in qualifying circumstances” and “Illegal possession of weapons”; M. B., resident of Pogradec, convicted of the criminal offense “Coercion through threats or violence to give property”, committed in collaboration; Sh. Sh., Resident in Elbasan, convicted of the criminal offense “Exploitation of prostitution”.
“These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action.” emphasized OFL.
OFL is in uninterrupted action and is carrying out complex actions to impose emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as to send self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law./k.s/p.s./
