TIRANA, May 22/ATA/- Justice reform is sacred to us and cannot be part of any political discussion, the Socialist Party MP Klotilda Ferhati said today in a televised interview.
In her remarks, Ferhati noted that, the SP has shown its determination to implement the Electoral Reform as soon as possible fully in accordance with OSCE/ODHIR recommendations.
“Socialist Party will enter into no discussion to affect the architecture of the Justice Reform,” she underlined.
“Justice reform is sacred us. Albanian authorities have implemented comprehensive justice reform in cooperation with the EU and the US. This reform has clearly defined the justice system in architectural terms. And such a reform cannot be the subject to political discussion. Justice Reform carries a fundamental importance, it guarantees the institutional independence of the judiciary,” Ferhati said.//a.i/
