TIRANA, April 22 / ATA/ – By A. Fortuzi/State Police sources inform that the Operation Force of Law continues its work on the field through concrete actions.
Same sources go on saying that 9 vehicles have been sequestered amid the emergency situation.
“Under the special law on property measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime, the Operation Force of Law, pursuant to Normative Act no. 1, dated 31.01.2020, based on Article no. 19 “Seizure of property by the State Police in emergency situation,” General Director of the State Police has issued seizure orders on 9 vehicles and a passport, specifically: Three vehicles owned by citizen E.D., resident in Farka, Tirana ; four- wheel drive vehicle owned by the citizen G.K., resident in Maqellarë, Dibër; Audi A6 vehicle, owned by the citizen V. H., resident in Korça; Vehicle owned by the citizen L. M., resident in Lezha; Vehicle owned by citizen A. G., resident in Gjirokastra; Vehicle owned by citizen E. K., resident in Gjirokastra; The vehicle owned by the citizen L. K., resident in Gjirokastra; ” – the police sources inform.
“Also, based on Article no. 11 for “Personal preventive measures in emergency situation,” a citizen based in Lezha got his passport blocked and was banned from leaving the country for a period of 6 months, a citizen living in Lezha. After taking this sequestration measure, the vehicles will be referred to the Asset Administration Agency for administration and the wealth files of these persons will be transferred to SPAK for further actions, ” – same sources say.
