TIRANA, April 20 /ATA/- Prime Minister Edi Rama said today that, “We cannot close the façon businesses while a large number of the economic chain has been closed due to COVID-19 pandemics.
PM Rama said that, “The economic chain has been broken in many places, but cannot be broken in some basic things otherwise what the people are looking for will be reduced much more. Then, in regard to the financial support, we cannot pay not three war salaries but not even half the war salary and that once ”.
The prime minister argued that if all the chains of the economy are closed, we cannot pay the war wages or give bonuses to those who have lost their jobs.
“We cannot give a bonus of 40 thousand lekë, but we will give a bonus of 4 thousand lekë. I say, what the state gives, it receives as a result of work and the income that comes from work; it does not take it from heaven”, said he./p.s./
