TIRANA, April 18 /ATA/ –The General Directorate of Taxes has published the steps to follow to become eligible for the wartime pay under the second package of financial aid released to help those affected by COVID-19 situation.
According to tax administration, based on the decision “On determining the procedures, documentation and the measure of benefiting the financial assistance for current employees and suddenly out- of- work employees due to Covid-19 restrictions, the application will be made by the subjects, who complete the form with data of their employees, beneficiaries according to the criteria set out in the government decision as following:
“Employees of entities with annual trading profit of over 14,000,000 ALL shut down by the orders of MHSP, who have been at work on the date of entry into force of the orders of MHSP benefit financial assistance of 40,000 ALL.
Employees of entities allowed to exercise activity, who have been off work the date of entry into force of the Order / s of MHSP until April 10, 2020 benefit financial assistance of 40,000 ALL. The delivery date of the E-sig 027 form must not be later than 10 April 2020.
Employees of entities with annual turnover up to 14 000 000 ALL allowed to exercise activity by the Order / s of MHSP who have been at work since the date of entry into force of the Order / s of MSHMS benefit financial assistance of 40,000 ALL.
To submit the application form “Request for Financial Assistance 2,” taxpayers who meet the above criteria will be notified on their e-filing electronic account and will be given the opportunity to apply through this account starting from April 21 onwards. Form No.2 will be completed with the required data only once.
