TIRANA, April 16/ATA/- The Albanian Parliament approved today all normative acts on the agenda as well as the amendments to the Criminal Code.
At the today’s plenary session the Parliament approved by 101 votes in favor the draft decision “On some additions to the decision no. 166, dated 16.12.2004 ““Regulation of the Parliament of Albania” “as amended ””.
The Parliament approved today by 100 votes in favor the Normative Act by the force of law no. 2, dated 11.03.2020 of the Council of Ministers, “On some additions and amendments to law no. 15/2016 “On the prevention and control of infections and infectious diseases”.
At this session, which lasted two hours, MPs discussed a number of legal initiatives ranging from amendments to Criminal Code, normative acts of the Ministry of Health on measures against COVID-19, release of some categories of convicts, postponement of income tax payment for businesses as well as two decrees of president Meta sending back to parliament the draft law on properties and anti-defamation package. //a.i/
