TIRANA, April 11 /ATA/- In the domestic foreign currency exchange market, this week the European currency recorded slight fluctuations in relation to the Albanian Lek, indicating stability.
According to the official exchange rate of the Bank of Albania, the euro was exchanged at the weekend with 126.34 lekë, gaining points since Monday when it marked the level of 125.44 lekë.
The US dollar has been following a downward curve this week, losing points from Monday to Saturday. The dollar was exchanged with 115.61 lekë, compared to 116.10 lekë on Monday.
Meanwhile, the British Pound strengthened with two lekë, since the beginning of this week, closing at the quota of 144.25 lekë at the end of it.
The Swiss franc continues to be the strongest currency at the exchange rate table as it continues to gain points reaching the level of 119.72 lekë at the weekend as compared with 118.88 lekë on Monday. e.xh / /a.g/p.s./
