PRISTINA, March 31/ATA/-Kosovo caretaker government approved the Fiscal Emergency Package for the period April-May necessary under conditions of coronavirus situation and restrictions imposed to stop spread of the virus.
The package carries payment of social benefits in the period April-May amounting to 7 million and 650 thousand Euros.
The package carries financial support for the commercial societies in difficulty because of the coronavirus situation.
The payment of monthly salaries of the workers in the amount of 170 Euros for April and May, amounting to a total amount of 41 million Euros.
The package carries other measures of support to all those affected by the coronavirus situation like payment of the 50% of the rent of the small and middle-size enterprises, the social contributions, free-interest loans for public enterprises, support for the municipalities as well as 300 euro bonus for the employees on the ground at risk of infection with the virus./p.s./
