TIRANA, March 28/ATA/-Prime Minister Edi Rama stated that everyone must receive a permit to go out for shopping in all the urban areas beginning from Monday. Otherwise, it will be considered a breach of the law and is punished.
He said that this permit will not be required from the people who go to work. They will continue to move by permits they already have.
“I beg pardon to everyone, but I say that other countries, far more powerful than us, are counting hundreds of dead every day. Thus, we have no other choice, but tough measures and the national unity so that to come out of this war without thousands of dead people”, said PM Rama.
The prime minister said that everything can be adjusted, but life is given only once to us and the dead cannot be resurrected when we come to understand.
“Therefore, willy-nilly, everyone should be patient because that’s the only way to win this war”, said PM Rama.
The prime minister reminded that only one person from the family can apply beginning from Sunday. The application begins on Monday. One can get permits through www.e-albania.al/ or by sms. But, in this latter case the approval needs 24 hours to get. The pensioners will be granted no permit. /m.m/ /a.a/p.s./
