TIRANA, March 14/ATA/- On the second day since the restrictive measures entered into force, the streets of Tirana were empty.

The citizens are observing self-quarantine in their houses and there are only few people on the streets wearing masks and gloves to get protected from the virus.

The Albanian Telegraphic Agency reporters saw in the streets only few cars belonging to media organs and some ambulances.

All the bars and restaurants were closed.

The police officers are on the ground checking whether those few out have any permit by the State Police.
