TIRANA, Feb 24 /ATA/ Minister of Economy and Finance Anila Denaj is attending the Western Balkans Investments Summit organized by EBRD in London with main focus on joint regional projects for development of the Balkans.
“With Prime Minister Edi Rama, at the EBRD’s Western Balkans Investment Summit, to talk about the Balkans as a common regional market, a market that attracts new investors and brings innovation to all economies of our countries”, – says Denaj.
Denaj points out that the main interconnection programs currently under development and new infrastructure projects are high on agenda of the Albanian government as an instrument of economic development and integration in the region and Europe.
Regarding the meeting with the EBRD president, Denaj says, “We expressed our gratitude for the continued support towards the Albanian citizens.”
“The Albanian govt. is committed to implement regional projects through unification of procedures, reduction of red tape and cooperation with European Bank of Reconstruction and Development,” Denaj says.
