TIRANA, Feb 20 /ATA/ The Council of Ministers decided on Thursday to designate a new development area in the municipality of Durrës and entrust implementation to Albanian Development Fund.
The govt. designated zone 4 in municipality of Durres as a fitting area for development.
Albanian Development Fund will be in charge for construction of new housing or public buildings damaged as well as reconstruction of critical public infrastructure.
Likewise, Albanian Development Fund will be responsible for construction of buildings in this area and any other intervention as part of this area’s reconstruction.
Responsible for execution of this decision are Minister of State for Reconstruction, Albanian Development Fund, Durres municipality and National Agency for Territory Planning.
