TIRANA, February 12/ATA/-The Independent Qualification Commission dismissed from office the Prosecutor of Tirana district Adnand Xhelili.
The Independent Qualification Commission announced today the decision for Xhelili’s dismissal who failed to appear in the session.
The jury was composed by Olsi Komici, Firdes Shuli and Brunilda Bekteshi. It completed the administrative investigation and analysis of all evidence and facts and reached to the decision of Xhelili’s dismissal.
During the hearing session held on January 31, the Independent Qualification Commission made evident the absence of legal financial sources for buying an apartment 117 m2 in Tirana by the Housing Entity and for building a 3-storey house in Borsh of Lukova.
Likewise, there were also observed a non-compliance of the data reflected in statements and those included in the official documents found out during the administrative investigation./j.p/p.s./
