TIRANA, February 11/ATA/-In context of implementation of the special law on property measures against Individuals convicted or charged with organized crime or serious crimes, the OFL, i.e. the “Operation Force of Law” sent today written requests for self-declaration of property sources to 2 other citizens.
Thus, the OFL has sent a request for self-declaration of property to citizen E.S., resident in Tirana, who is currently in pre-trial detention, after being tried for criminal crime “coercion to give property”, “structured criminal group” and “the commission of criminal offenses by the structured criminal organization and group ”.
The OFL also sent the request to the GJ T citizen, a resident in Tirana, since in 2006 the Tirana District Court sentenced him with 10 years in prison for the offense of “abduction and keeping a person hostage”.
“These individuals, subject to the special law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL inquiries. Subsequently, the responses will be forwarded to SPAK for further action,” said OFL.
Since the beginning of the operation and until today, the OFL has sent request for self-declaration of property to 13 persons, and has seized 1 villa, 1 fuel supply station, 6 dwellings, 3 vehicles and 1900 m2 of land./a.gjonaj/p.s./
