TIRANA, Feb 9 /ATA/ – The number of complaints lodged with the co-governance platform Albania We Want, an online web platform launched by the government to provide common citizens access to public services, has increased constantly.
Official data show that a total of 32512 out of a total of 49355 registered complaints at a central level have been already addressed by the co-governance platform to date.
This week alone, the co-governance platform has tackled 4387 out of a total of 9052 complaints at central level, with 1309 complaints filed by business operators and 661 of them being resolved.
The number of logins on the page by end of this week has jumped to 127, 594, whereas the number of new registrations is 20, 933.
The Co-Governance Platform has become an effective tool in the efforts to address the citizens’ concerns, providing an official reply within 10 days about the complaints filed by citizens and avoiding bureaucracy.
