“This morning we began work together with a group of foreign experts on reconstruction to see some new building modules, and they went to the municipality. We are examining these new technologies that are for anti-seismic and modern construction. They have some fantastic terminology, which are able to build faster and more ecologically, ” emphasized PM Rama.

According to him, the idea is to make everyone a better house than they had.
