TIRANA, January 15/ATA/- The government-approved Normative Act to cope with the consequences of natural disasters, criteria, priority categories, extent of benefits, procedures and rules for evaluating and selecting beneficiaries of certain reconstruction programs is published in the Official Gazette.
The beneficiaries under this decision are individuals and families who have lost one or more family members and / or suffered damage to their homes and have been left homeless as a result of natural disasters in their local government units proclaimed as areas of the state of natural disaster, but also other entities.
The application to benefit from the reconstruction programs according to the provisions of this decision is made in two stages.
In the first phase, applicants submit their application to benefit from the reconstruction process programs.
The second phase of the application only includes those individuals / families that have been selected to be treated with one of these programs.
Involvement in reconstruction programs is done by applying to the local government unit where the individual / family resides./a.gjonaj/ /a.a/p.s./
