TIRANA, Jan 15 /ATA/ The Council of Ministers approved on Wednesday’s meeting the procedures, criteria and rules for implementing employment promotion programs: the employment program; on the job training and internships.
The programs are implemented according to the individual needs of the job seeker to integrate into the labor market and into the integrated individual plan for his employment.
The ministry in charge of employment sets each year the priorities and approves the plan for employment promotion funds at the proposal of general directorate of the relevant institution in charge of employment and skills.
Eligible job seekers are all registered and active unemployed jobseekers for not less than 3 (three) months in the employment office after receiving the necessary employment services specified in the legislation in force by the relevant employment specialist. The needs and profile of the jobseeker should be tailored to the requirements of the job vacancy offered by the employer.
