TIRANA, Jan 11 /ATA/-By A. Fortuzi/ – Bulgarian Ambassador to Albania Momtchil Stoyanov Raytchevski on Saturday voiced confidence that the Albanian political actors will act prudently and will resolve differences through dialogue.
“I am confident that political parties will act with maturity through dialogue,” the Bulgarian diplomat Momtchil Stoyanov Raytchevski told reporters during a visit to the municipality of Belsh, central Albania.
He answered to the media interest over the political situation and expectations from Albania’s OSCE Chairmanship in 2020 following a ceremony of signing a cooperation agreement with local government authorities in Belsh.
Bulgaria’s Ambassador said that everything starts and ends with dialogue only. He said he was confident that Albanian politicians are experienced in finding a proper solution through dialogue.
Commenting on Albania’s OSCE Chairmanship, he said that “heading an international organization is both a great opportunity and a tremendous responsibility.”
“It is a responsibility since the OSCE has its role in the region and the world and chairing this organization provides a state with the opportunity not only to fulfill some of its priorities, but also gain experience and demonstrate that it is a reliable and worthy partners. Bulgaria is ready to help Albanian state’s initiative that Albanian PM presented as a priority in Vienna upon assuming the OSCE Chairmanship,” Bulgarian diplomat concluded.
