TIRANA, December 5 /ATA/-The reconstruction in the aftermath of the quake will have a special budget, stated today Prime Minister Edi Rama.
While taking the floor at the Parliament, PM Rama said that, « The dynamic aspect of the fund is important as the allocated amount will get transferred into the state budget. The amount is not sufficient to open the process, but it also guarantees the reconstruction programme will begin to be implemented in broad scale”.
According to the prime minister, being a separate invoice it can have full transparency of total commitment, separating it from the other part of the budget./j.p/p.s./
