TIRANA, December 3 /ATA/-Prime Minister Edi Rama said during the government meeting today that the reconstruction programme following the earthquake of November 26 will not affect the main parameters of the budget.
“We cannot reconstruct the houses of the people damaged during a natural disaster through hurting the economy. Our challenge is to make both”, said PM Rama.
The main objective is against hurting the main parameters of the budget and abandon our objective of economic growth.
PM Rama said that he has demanded from Minister of Finance and Head of the National Committee on Reconstruction to review the projects that Budget 2020 supports. He recommended that no road shall be left halfway and projects on irrigation and drainage should be implemented. But, the budget must carry no new project./a.gjonaj/ /a.g/p.s./
