Accession talks, Rama: We will keep us momentum no matter decision

TIRANA, Nov 25 /ATA/ – By Gjergji Mima/ – PM Edi Rama stated on Monday that refusal of the opening of accession talks is attributed to an internal conflict in the European Council over the divergent views of France and Germany.

Speaking at the rollout of special package against catch what you can, Rama said: We make every effort with the biggest commitment to counterbalance the effect of mud slung over our country, starting from a country that is of crucial importance for the process of accession talks and decision-making at the European Council which includes Germany where for the truth’s sake inter-party relations had created a significant barrier to the parties and Christian-Democrat party which is the leading force in the coalition. “

“I believe that the fact that Germany agreed to a yes of Bundestag testifies that our efforts were successful and by focusing on that Yes, in the absence of decision for opening of accession talks, we have a roadmap to ongoing process.”
