TIRANA, November 19 /ATA/-On Tuesday, the weather will be mostly cloudy.
According to Military Meteorological Service, there will be light rain due to begin in Southern regions and then extend countrywide.
The wind will blow in the Southeast-South direction at 10m/sec while in the coastal area it will blow at a speed of up to 15m/sec. The sea will have a force of 3-4 degrees.
