TIRANA, November 14/ATA/-The EU calls on all the relevant Albanian institutions to resolve the conflict about interpretation of the composition of the Constitutional Court as soon as possible while the matter needs to get clarified.
The Spokesperson for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/European Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Maja Kocijancic said to the “Voice of America” that Albania needs to establish a functional Constitutional Court as soon as possible.
Kocijancic said that solution of this issue is substantial for the Albanian people and efficiency of the rule of law in Albania as well as for Albania’s progress on its way of EU integration./p.s./
