TIRANA, November 8 /ATA/ -The Military Meteorological Service reported that the weather on Friday will be cloudy and rainy.
The wind will blow in the Southeast-Northeast direction at 1-8m/sec, while in the coastal area 10-15m/sec. The sea will have a force of 1-3 degrees and the waves will be 0.8 -1.8 meters high.
