PM Rama: Compulsory online service in every state institution beginning from January 1

TIRANA, November 6/ATA/- To avoid waiting queues of citizens and businesses the online applications will be applied at every state institution beginning from January 1.

Prime Minister Edi Rama made the statement today during the weekly meeting of the co-governance platform “shqiperiaqeduam.al”.

The head of government said that, “Through this system every institution will be obliged to fill in all the documents contained in a file. The institutions themselves will collect all the necessary documents issued by the state institutions at the account of the citizens or the businesses”.

“We are preparing to take another very important step through moving into a general system where the online applications will be mandatory for a large number of services,”said PM Rama.

The prime minister cited the example of the National Business Center where the physical presence is not necessary for the registration.

“The people used to queue to apply for registration of a company. From now on, every application will be made online which will also include the co-governance platform as a monitoring structure, as a general database where all applications will have a date and where all responses have a deadline”, said PM Rama.

The prime minister expressed his confidence that this will greatly facilitate people in the process of applications and those who request to get a service./k.s/ /a.g/p.s./
