TIRANA, November 4/ATA/- In the domestic foreign currency market, the euro and the US dollar were depreciated in exchange versus the Albanian Lek in the first days of November 2019, the Bank of Albania (BoA) reported.
According to the official exchange rate of the Bank of Albania, the euro was swapped with 123 lek, while the US dollar was exchanged with 110.34 lek. The Great Britain pound depreciated by 0.72 Lek compared to the last week, while the French Franc depreciated by 0.40 Lek.
Market stakeholders pointed out that, the increased flow of trade and consumption due to year-end holidays will lead to a large inflow of foreign currency and the strengthening of Lek position. //a.i/
