TIRANA, Oct 28 /ATA/ – Parliament will convene on Mondau in plenary session.
The session will be dedicated to discussion of issues raised by electors.
In pursuit of the order of Parliament Speaker Gramoz Ruçi, Monday’s session starts with approval of the minute of plenary session dated 17.10.2019 to proceed with announcement of bills submitted to parliament.
After that parliament will discuss the issues reported by electors.
The discussions will take no more than 4 hours. The discussion time is evenly allotted between the majority and minority taking into account the independent MP.
The time of discussion within the majority or minority shall be divided as far as possible in proportion to the size of the groups and the number of independent deputies or non-parliamentary deputies.
