TIRANA, Oct 27 /ATA/ – The Co-governance Platform has become a mechanism through which every citizen can solve any problem with the state administration in a very short time. Week after week this platform has seen an increasing number of citizens signing up to file their complaints.
Specifically, until the past week, the number of complaints filed by citizens at the central level was 46,198, of which the Co-ordinators in co-operation with the relevant institutions have addressed 30,864 ones.
Co-governance, around 35 thousand grievances addressed.
At local level, the number of grievances amounted to 8327, of which 3910 cases solved.
This week, the Co-governance Platform staff singled out 9 success stories, 2 cases belonging to the State Cadastre Agency, 6 complaints filed with the Ministry of Finance and Economy and one case pertaining to Ministry of Health and Social Protection.
Roughly 117.225 citizens have logged in to the home page of Shqipëria që Duam, whereas 19.695 have signed up for the first time.
