TIRANA, September 29/ATA/- The work is going ahead at a high intensity in Fier Bypass. The works have focused on opening of a second lane for movement of the vehicles making it easier the traffic toward the south of the country.
In addition to asphalting of the road, there is also work on construction of overpasses along this segment.
Minister of Infrastructure Belinda Balluku inspected the works. The company engineers acquainted her with progress of the works and gave assurances that the works are being carried out according to schedule.
The work is also underway on construction of secondary roads as well as construction of Apollonia Connection Road.
Minister Balluku asked the representatives of the company that is carrying out the works to keep the promise given for the right-wing lane of this segment, enabling it to open within the promised deadline./j.p/p.s./
