TIRANA, September 25/ATA/-The leader of the Democratic Party in opposition Lulzim Basha said today during a meeting with reporters at the DP headquarters that the decision of the German Bundestag is positive while Albanian opposition has also made a contribution as well.
Further on, Basha said that according to the Bundestag statement the country has to meet 9 conditions among which the establishment of the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court as well as an all-embracing electoral reform.
“The second conference will take place if the other 7 conditions are met,” said Basha.
“We guarantee all our partners that the united opposition will do the utmost for the country to open negotiations as soon as possible,” said he.
Basha concluded by saying that resolving the crisis requires political will.
“The political solution does not only require legal and legislative changes, but it requires above all political will and political solutions”, said he.
Speaking about the electoral reform, Basha said that we “are ready to make our contribution to the electoral reform”.
Basha also said that the Electoral Reform process should be led by a structure composed of representatives of international organizations and our partners / EU / US./p.s./
