TIRANA, September 24/ATA/-The situation created by heavy rain and thunderstorms that swept through Tirana, Lezha, Elbasan and Shkodra yesterday evening has normalized, the Albania’s Prime Minister Edi Rama stated.
The Premier, Rama shared Tuesday on the social media some photos of interventions carried out in the capital to normalize the situation after last night’s storms.
Precipitation in the form of thunderstorms occurred yesterday’s evening in Tirana, Lezha, Elbasan and Shkodra
The highest amount of rainfall was recorded in the city of Lezha with 53.0 mm, Shkodra at 26.0 mm, and Tirana with 20.0 mm.
The outbreak of thunder and lightning, accompanied by strong winds up to 15-18 m/sec.//a.i/
