TIRANA, Sept 16 /ATA/ – By I. Vata/ “Political crisis is solved through political will,” the DP head, Lulzim Basha, said in response to the invitation of SP head, Edi Rama, for dialogue.
At a media briefing, DP head Basha pointed out that resolving the crisis is a priority for Albania to date.
”Economic crisis can be solved by resolving political crisis. Curbing mass emigration and redundancies can be achieved by resolving political crisis. Solving political crisis is the key priority for Albania, DP and opposition either,” he said.
He went on saying that this political crisis was not exacerbated by electoral code, constitution and laws of Albania.
“The constitution and laws are not to blame for the cases of Valdin Pjetri and Mark Babani and for electoral fraud in June 30 elections. The report of OSCE/ODIHR is explicit not only in 2019 but also in 2015, 2017, this report opens with the sentence that legal framework is complete however political will is lacking, therefore solving political crisis, also a top priority for Albania in the light of EU accession, should come through political will. “
