TIRANA, September 17/ATA/- “Albanian Effort 19” was the largest multinational military training conducted by allied and partner countries in Albania.
Albania welcomed the “Albanian Effort 19” military training scheduled to take place from September 9th to 16th and during which troops from 10 countries trained in Biza training area.
Minister of Defense Olta Xhaçka highlighted the fact that the training has been conducted with participation of more allied and partner countries than ever before.
“It was our pleasure to welcome military training with more allied and Partner countries than ever before. Encouraged by the ability shown by our troops and the impressions of our friendly troops,” Minister Xhaçka said.
The troops and vehicles of the armed forces from Albania, the US, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Turkey, Croatia, Poland, Bulgaria and North Macedonia trained for a week in Biza to test intervention capabilities in times of crisis and to improve interaction between the allies and partners in joint operations.//a.i/
