TIRANA, Sept 14 /ATA/ – By I. Vata/ European Heritage Days were celebrated in Elbasan through an array of events as part of promotion of cultural, artisan and culinary values.
“Super festive atmosphere with all the features of Elbasani cultural heritage within the framework of European Heritage Days”, says SP Parliamentary Group Chairman ,Taulant Balla, who participated in these events alongside Minister of Culture, Elva Margariti, and the mayor of Elbasan, Gledian Latatja.
Together with MP Taulant Balla and the mayor, Gledian Llatja, we promise that we will do more to promote the values of this city,” the minister says.
Folk costumes from different areas of Elbasan, embroidered by local artisans were displayed close to the Ethnographic Museum.
Of course, the cultural heritage of Elbasan is incomplete without the table laid at the entry of Elbasani castle as well as the songs and dances around it.
Culinary delights is a major attraction for tourists.
Elbasani glowed with color and life promoting the cultural, artisan and culinary values of the city on European Heritage Days.
