TIRANA, Sept 4 /ATA/ – By I. Vata/ “We have managed to realize to the extent of 101% the Revenue Collection Plan for August, or ALL 185 million more than the target plan. We have also exceeded the VAT refund plan to the extent of 12% for August (ALL 184 million) , Director General of Tax Administration Delina Ibrahimaj told a press conference.
In addition, Ibrahim made a track record of the work which, according to her, has been intense and will maintain momentum in the coming months in line with the strategic objectives of Tax Administration (TA)
– fulfilling the target of income collections; increasing the ratio of taxpayers fulfilling legal liabilities; reduction of informality and a good management of tax debt through compliance with the law and an efficient administration.
“The fiscal package changes had a positive impact on personal income tax, including tax on dividend and income from social security contributions, with taxpayers benefiting from 15% to 8% cut of dividend, a prognosis which will continue as such in September, ”she said.
