TIRANA, Sept 2 /ATA/ – By I. Vata/ – Parliament of Albania will kick off Monday at 18:00 hrs the plenary session for opening of the 5th session of 9th legislature.
Speaker of Parliament Gramoz Ruci ordered the opening of the 5th session of the 9th Legislative of Albanian Parliament in this plenary session under the following agenda; Approval of the minutes of plenary session dated 18.7.2019 (Article 44, Item 2 of the Rules. Notification of Draft Laws Submitted to the Assembly (Article 44, Item 3 of the Rules of Procedure). – 18 October 2019 (Article 26 (5), (6), simple majority voting.)
The plenary session slated for Monday includes notification/ approval of 3 weekly calendar of parliamentary proceedings for the period September 2 -20, 2019 (article 27, points 3, 4 of the regulation, simple majority voting).
