TIRANA, August 27 /ATA/-The weather on Tuesday will be fair and cloudy by noon especially in the mountainous and Eastern areas of the country.
According to the Military Meteorological Service, there is a chance of precipitation in the mountainous and hilly areas of the country.
There will be a light breeze blowing in the Northwest-Southeast direction and at an average intensity along the coast while the sea force will be 2-3 degrees.
