TIRANA, Aug 20 /ATA/ The works on 7 bridges of the Nation’s Road will be complete soon to open on both sides for circulation of vehicles.
PM Edi Rama informed Tuesday that this intervention will handle the traffic of vehicles on these junctions as well as prevent the road accidents.
“It is a matter of days and the 7 half cocks on the Nation’s Road where the procession of cars resulted in bottlenecks and accidents for years will be spectacular bridges open to circulation on both sides,” Rama said.
The Kukes-Morine national axis was called completed a few years ago, but lacked bridges and overpasses, linking roads with surrounding villages as well as safety elements.
To complete the road with these elements, the govt. opened new construction sites to northeast of the country.
The works on this national axis are running at high rates to consign the facility on schedule.
