TIRANA, Aug 20 /ATA/ – By I. Vata/ – The DP head, Lulzim Basha, stated on Tuesday that time has come to act and save Albania which, according to him, is being looted.
“All they do is steal by means of concessions, PPPs, biddings, construction permits, special laws and whatever way they can. They allow no other to create, compete and have a try. Those in power and the rich are making money at the expense of common and deprived people,” DP head Basha is quoted as saying in a video message.
