“Have a look at the July bill,” said Bregu adding that, “Everyone traveling to Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, Northern Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Albania may have paid dearly all bills, but not that on the phone! Speak like being at home. This summer one can open the internet in the mobile phone without any concern because the roaming prices in the Western Balkans are 99% cheaper, so one can surf the Internet, gain more, but pay less. ”
