TIRANA, July 30/ATA/-The Independent Qualification Commission held a hearing session with Altin Dumani, prosecutor at the Prosecution Office of Appeal Tirana and also ranked at the top of the list of the High Prosecution Council for the Special Structure against Corruption and Organized Crime, SPAK.
The jury of today’s hearing session with Dumani was composed by Firdes Shuli, Etleda Çiftja, and Roland Ilia.
During the session, the relater of the case read the report on Dumani according to which he owns two apartments and an office.
According to the Independent Qualification Commission, the source of this wealth was the rent on the apartments and office about which Dumani has paid the tax.
The international observer Theo Jacobs attended the session, but as he put it, for the first time in 25 cases he had no question for the vetted person.
The Independent Qualification Commission is due to give a decision on Dumani on Wednesday at 11:30./p.s./
